Ligo Imp & Exp Co., Ltd. has our own factories in the pharmaceutical area with two big series of products.

1. Our Capsule Department is a professional empty capsule manufacturer. Its annual capacity is 6 billion pieces of empty capsules, including intestinal soluble capsules, Islamic capsules, safety capsules & vegetarian capsules.

Located in Xinchang, Zhejiang, LIGO was established in 1989, as a key private enterprise in Zhejiang Province. LIGO was listed in first group of capsule suppliers recognized by the State Drug Bureau.

At present, we own two manufacturing bases and 200 staff members. One of the bases is located in Zhejiang Xinchang State High Technology Industry Zone. It was established following GMP standard and began mass production in 2007. With 20 production lines, including 10 automatic lines, the daily output of the base is 1.2 million pieces of empty capsules. In 2010, a plant with 40 automatic lines will be finished.

Certified by ISO9001, ISO14001 and Public Health Registration Certification, we focus more on quality control.

With credit from domestic empty capsule markets, we have already exported our capsules to Europe, North & South America and Southeast Asia and try to develop more global markets.

2. Our Packaging Department is a professional company for pharmaceutical packaging. It belongs to our mother company - LIGO Industry Development Co., Ltd. Its main products are pharmaceutical glass bottles, pharmaceutical plastic bottles and their accessories, such as caps, droppers, sprinklers and others, including pharmaceutical PVC hard sheets and aluminum foils.

All our workshops are strictly purified according to GMP standard, and every technical quality characteristic is up to the international level.
